We stand behind our work for as long as you own your home.
What's Covered
Colorado Door Store provides a Limited Lifetime Labor Warranty on the workmanship of every door we install. If a covered installation defect appears, we will return and correct it at no charge. Coverage includes:
- Alignment, leveling, and squaring of the unit
- Shimming, fastening, and anchoring
- Flashing and weatherproofing performed by our crew
- Caulking and sealing related to our installation
- Operational issues caused by improper installation
- Interior trim and casing workmanship installed by us
How Long It Lasts
Coverage is valid for as long as the original homeowner owns and resides in the home.
Transferability
Transferable one time to a subsequent homeowner for up to 10 years from the original installation date, with written request within 30 days of sale.
What's Not Covered
- Product defects (covered by manufacturer warranties)
- Acts of God, severe weather, fire, flooding, or impact damage
- Foundation settlement or structural movement
- Misuse, neglect, or forced entry
- Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Colorado Door Store
- Pre-existing structural conditions disclosed at time of installation
- Cosmetic wear, finish weathering, or natural material variation
- Drywall, stucco, or paint work beyond original scope

We'll schedule a service visit, typically within 5–10 business days.
This warranty applies to installation workmanship only and does not modify any manufacturer product warranties. Governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
